The document confirms the installation recorded by the provider, but it does not guarantee that a vehicle can never be stolen or that a tracker will remain operational indefinitely. Tracking devices still depend on correct installation, power, communication networks, platform availability and ongoing system management.

The certificate should therefore form part of a broader professional service. Customers need a reliable tracking platform, good installation, technical support and clear procedures for dealing with devices that stop reporting. Documentation is valuable because it creates accountability around that service, not because the certificate itself protects the vehicle.
